Heh heh heh, are you a Collingwood supporter perchance?

Given the year we have had so far, we need to gloat over the smallest victory.

LOL - speaking of climbing like a big horse, I was 2nd to the top of Reid Rd (3km 10% climb) yesterday morning which is like a win for me. 1st to the top is always Camie, even if he is complaining of feeling crook as he was.

Dunno if it's the new bike or not but the challenge to go under 6:30 for K2 this year feels within reach. The big training programme starts this week with climbing hell (aka hill repeats) galore.

Went down to the game with my little boy on Friday. Left just after 4pm, stopped in Berwick for dinner, back in the car just after 6pm. 1.5hrs to get into town, park the car and get to the match, normally would be plenty of time.....and still missed most of the first quarter. Taxi protest pretty much had the city in gridlock, plus the carparks near the G were full. Then to top it off the game was crap and the Pies got rolled.

Good stuff. 3km 10% is a ballbiter.

LOL. I just like sooking!

He's only 5yo. I think he likes the idea of footy, but he's not really into it yet. Probably like it more next year. I think hanging out with Dad is the bigger attraction.

I took him to Telstra Dome earlier in the year to see Collingwood V Hawthorn. We had a bit better view of the action there. He told some horrible looking old crone (Collingwood) to shut up at one stage!

Ah! I see he is already learning the finer points of footy barracking.

Wait til he says his first 'F' and 'C' words. You'll be so proud!

Then I'm a proud father cause my bloke (6 1/2) dropped the 'F' bomb in the back of the Father in Laws car the other day. Went something like...car cuts the FIL off. FIL says, "you're a dill mate." Son says, "He's a f*cking idiot Grandad isn't he". The FIL immediately assumed I was the guilty one, but I rarely swear in front o the kids.

I thought we went through this over on The Other Side: this thread is self-stickying. There's no need to sticky a thread that's always percolating to the top of the (steaming) pile, is there?

Essendon for wooden spoon! Unfortunately their at almost unbackable odds.
