What would cunadians know about cycling? Even less than seppoes! ruddiculous!

Only $100mill life insurance payout to knock off Jacko. Nothing unusual there. i'm off to write my first conspiracy theory book.

Nah, takes no time at all if you avoid living off packaged food.

Mostly? It's so you can sound cool and be all like...yeah yeah im farken tough and slotted home 150kay this morning so thats why i only came second in B grade tonight etc etc

I like split sessions though cos of my footy background but most super cool kid coaches in cycling dont like it - it means a delay in real recovery so your next 'good' session is further away than if you did one 'rock solid' session and begin recovery asap.

whatever.

Its also good for melB to Warny prep I think. Lets you get 210-220km per day without much trouble. 150 at tempo/motorpaced and then 50 at subthreshy in the crit and then 20 junkietrunkie kays while you roll it home telling everyone how farken corehard you are.

I did ask jack about this actually. He said its bull**** and crapped on about training into the wind on you way home is what counts (80 with the wind and then 80 hard into wind on the way home).

He also said never train with retarded hacks who are slower/weaker than you are. Always train with blokes 'up' the food chain so to speak.

By the way, asking me what I think is like asking wacko jacko how to raise kids. You should hit up lama for inside tips - he is the raining state Champion person.

They would be miles he was talking about. Them olden day cnuts did huge miles.

Tell Jack I said g'day.

You also need to ask him/get him started on about amateur world road champ Jack Hoobin or even better the story about his brand new chrome track bike getting wiped out at the nth Essendon board track back in about 1948. Comedy Gold.
