painting a carbon frame

I have the opportunity to buy a really nice carbon frame that is 'nude' ie unfinished.

I guess this means my options are to:

a) Just clear coat it
b) Paint and clear coat it

Does anyone know anyone in Sydney who has experience in finishing carbon frames?
