Went out through Claremont then down Stirling Hwy (did I mention Perth gets hell windy?) and ended up in Freo, then came back via Preston Point Rd, into the city to perve at all the girls in short shorts then came back home - all up 51.2 k's, avg 25.19 (did I mention Perth's winds?)
Heart Rate was usually above 175 so I got a decent workout and now I feel totally rooted, but I must HTFU and go out tonite for some smooth Bourbon and even smoother ladies...rite now I'm chompin on some snakes for sugar/glucose but tonite the alcohol will bolster those stocks as well hahahah
F*k this wind :-(

Excuse me...smooth bourbon is easy to come by. Smooth ladies are much harder work and its like going to the Motor Show..."look but don't touch"

Good Friday 2009

Cycled to Mona Vale via Warriewood back streets then rode to Manly and up Darley Rd to North Head.

With 2 stops, managed to ride 14 laps of the North Head scenic drive (about 4.6Km each).

While cycling I passed the same people walking to/from the lookouts many times. Some gave me funny looks.

Other cyclists were riding laps, but not quite as many as me.

By the 14th lap, I was getting bored of the scenery, so cycled down Darley Rd to Manly for a food stop. After food rode along Pittwater Rd to Dee Why.

Distance all up 107.32m
