Gold Coast bunch rides

Hi there all... just wondering about any bunch rides that anyone knows about around Gold Coast? No doubt there would be some good ones around.... but where and when? I am heading up for a holiday and want to try and hire a roadbike for a week or two... if anyone can help with advice it would be really appreciated... (Can you hire road bikes from ANY bike shops??)

Some guy on beach rd (Melbourne) was crapping on about these regular bunch kicks on the gold coast but I have no personal experience of them.

There's a couple of rides listed here. Can't vouch for any of them though. Maybe give the club a call or email?
