  New velodrome on the Mornington peninsular I am a private investor that is thinking about building a new indoor velodrome on the Mornington Peninsular. I need some feed back from cyclists to see if it is worth me pursuing this venue. I need to know how often you would use the venue? Will you use it through winter only?
