Default road bike training dvds

can anyone recommend a good indoor training dvds. there are so many available and i am after a good quality one/series

LOL your name isnt crankyfeet by any chance?

You cant train properly watching DVDs so forget about it. Save your money for some new pornos.

25-35 mins is heaps on a trainer if you know what ur doing (in which case you dont need a DVD). Add to that a good 2-3 hr hit out in the rain and thats good enough for club level.

OK, that is closer to what i was after,

And my feet are less cranky now, re 20 mins on the bike (indoors), cant really walk properly now
