Bicycling Australia used to run an annual one that alternated between Melbourne and Sydney but I think that's gone now. A quick Google brought up this one: Ausbike Australia - Expo Venue and Dates

As previously mentioned there was one that alternated between Melbourne & Sydney. In Sydney it used to be at Rosehill, then Olympic Park when the Spring Cycle changed its finish location to the same place. Saturday was trade only day & Sunday for the public. Was quite a good show but died in the ars3 a few years ago, no doubt due to the cost of running it. Can't see it ever coming back...
