He does not include the "statement" about which his post is about. How dumb is that? Guy and the liberal Dems would like to see Saddam still sitting on his throne in Baghdad, but the world has moved on and it is up to them to catch up with events. Here is another soon to be event they can wrap their small minds around - Bush is going to win in a landslide in the upcoming election. I wonder how they are going to be able to explain it? By the way, for the uninitiated and those permanently out to lunch, Michael Moore is a big fat treasonous pig with no brain. It is apparently my destiny to be plagued with characters on ARBR whose first name is Bill. What do you think got Ike elected President his first time. He said he would "go to Korea" and everyone knew what he meant by that. He told them that he was going to use the atom bomb on them if they didn't make peace. The North Koreans ever since have been trying their best to acquire an atom bomb of their own. Bill's problem, like that of all liberals, is that he equates the US with all those other truly horrible countries in the world with truly horrible governments. Bill needs to be eternally grateful that it was the US that first acquired the atom bomb and not Germany or Japan. We would never have to use nukes on anyone, but there is no harm in threatening to use them if and when conditions warrant. Or would you rather have US troops dying on the ground on all over the world instead. Iran is such a third rate country that it would not even be worth talking about if they weren't trying to acquire nuclear weapons. Whether Bill likes it or not, we are going to be the guarantor of Iraq's security for a long time to come. We need to make crystal clear to Iran to keep their hands off of Iraq, whether it is one country or three countries. All we need do is threaten them with the atom bomb - and make sure they never get one themselves. But Bill would like to see the US nothing but a paper tiger - essentially helpless and feckless. But he is ever ready to run to the contemptible UN - as if they could ever solve anything. The UN is mostly known for standing by and allowing genocide to occur right under their noses. > Weather you liked John Lennon or not, his song Imagine > says it all. Everyone do yourself a favor and listen to > it......... I mean listen to the > words. I will take a pass on John Lennon whom I regard as one of the dumbest assholes who ever lived. Pop singers should stay out of politics and never even attempt to make a serious comment about anything other than their miserable personal love affairs. Wasn't he the jackass who married some Japanese idiot by the name of Yoko Ono? But don't hold me to her name as I take pride in my ignorance of pop culture. -- Ed Dolan - Minnesota |

You can call him "El > Ohssa" now. Right about now Guy is very disappointed that no one has asked him what El Ohssa means. It sounds Arabic to me and that is all any sane person needs to know. Maybe Mr. Tom could look this up and advise the rest of us what it means. He likes to do this sort of yeoman duty and it suits his engineering mentality. Guy is an Arab himself and what he is doing living in England is one of those supreme mysteries which only someone as benighted as him could ever explain to us. He would rather live in England than be caught dead in the land of his paternal forefathers (Syria for the uninitiated). I believe he fancies himself more English than the English, but he ought to know that that will never be the case. I believe he once mentioned to this newsgroup that he was planning on emigrating to France. Oh lucky France! And even luckier England! However, he will not be any happier in France than he is in England. The French like the English have no love for the colored of the world. His ultimate happiness resides in Damascus where he can worship his God (Allah) in the Great Mosque there five times a day and take his chances with all the thugs and killers to be found there on the streets immediately outside the Great Mosque. There also he can gain a first hand acquaintance with al-Qaeda types and revert to the barbarism from which he springs. The o nly thing he will have to worry about there (other then being murdered by his fellow Muslims) will be the Israeli Defense Forces, always able and willing to kick Syrian ass whenever Syrian ass needs to be kicked. -- Ed Dolan - Minnesota |
