Default RANS Rear Rack on V2

Has anyone found a good way to put a rear rack on a 26" rear wheel RANS? The stock rack has to be
tilted significantly to clear the seat. It's not a big problem for me, but it would be nicer
aesthetically to level the rack.

A RANS HT rack is designed to fit with the seat stays inside the rack to keep the rack flat. You
lose a usable platform on top of the rack if the seat is reclined much. But panniers hang easily on
either side.
