any one do it yet, if so, how did it come out, what seat and how easy to do? any pics. please?

Full mesh to a hardshell? That's quite a jump ;-)

Unfortunately I can't help you. On the subject of V-Rex mods, I'd lijke to hear more about 26" front
wheels. I have heard that it can be done, but I have never seen any details about handling feel,
crank arm clearance, etc.
