Default Brompton ... OT

Hi, I was at a bike fair in Utrecht yesterday and spoke with the Dutch distributor for Brompton. I
talked with him about a safety issue among other issues. At any rate, I told him I had sent him a
fax about six weeks ago and never rec'd a reply. Now, I am reasonably computer literate so when my
computer tells me the fax has been sent and rec'd, I tend to believe my computer. I also tried to
have my LBG sell Brompton years ago and he (my LBG) was very annoyed with how the Dutch distributor
conducted his business. I don't remember the details, but I do remember that the distributor never
followed through on what he had said.

So, two strikes against the distributor.

When I spoke with the Dutch distributor he claimed that he was a _co developer_ of the Brompton
along with Andrew Ritchie. Is there any truth to that last statement or is this guy just handing me
a line of bull****?

A correction re the Dutch distributor, my LBG told me today that the Dutch dist. with was arrogant
and he could not do business with him.

So, the question still for me is, did Andrew Ritchie ever mention that he had a co-developer on the
Brompton ... or not? I'm just trying prove my gut feelings about this.
