Requesting for feedback Trek 1500 VS BH R1 race one

Good day! I would like to ask the more experienced riders here about advice on sub AU$2500.00 race bikes specifically Trek 1500, 1400 and the BH R1 race one bikes. Any feedback from users?

Another thing, I don't know much about BH bikes but the frames of their bikes seem to look a lot like Giant's. Are they of the same company? Any feedback on BH bikes? They are far more affordable than Treks in mostly the same groupset. Please help out a newbie by providing info.
