Default Specialized Allez Transition, 90's model?

I've had a mountain bike for many years, use it to ride to work, do some mountain biking, etc. I find myself wanting to get into road biking, and have been offered a Specialized Allez Transition in very good condition for around $200.00. Bike has Wolber TX Profil wheels, Shimano 105 hardware, etc. Bike seems to fit me well. Is this a good deal, or should I offer considerably less $$ for the bike?

Thanks for the advise.

It's a very reasonable deal IF... everything is adjusted correctly (gears, brakes), the tires are ok and not dried out, tubes are ok, bottom bracket and headset are not loose, and the rims are true. In other words $200 is fine if you don't have to put any more money into it. If you have to buy some new parts and get it serviced, it probably is not worth it.
