Specialized Rockhopper Disc vs Cannondale F700 2006 model

I am going to buy a new bike, but i'm not sure which one to get. Could anyone help me? I'm from belgium and i am torn between these two bikes, as they are the ones that are available.

Any help would be appreciated,
