Custom frames - Northern California

Any recommendations?

I'm looking for something with the stiffness of granite and the weight of a feather made from something that's so rare that not even the US Military know about it. Well, either that or Colombus Spirit/Life or maybe Reynolds 853.

I've tried searching on the t'interweb and didn't really come up with much. I'm half tempted to call the places back in England (where I used to live) and get one made out there and shipped overhere.
