Specialized Allez Sport

There is an Allez Sport for sale around me. It is a 1995, steel frame, says good condition. He wants an offer, but i did not really know what its worth. Doesnt seem to be really worth more then 200 in good condition... but i do want a steel frame to try out. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't pay more than $200 for a 12-year-old Allez either. There are other ways you can try steel.
