I just want to take a moment to praise Spinergy Inc. I recently bought a set of Spinergy wheels on ebay. There were a few damaged spokes so I called Spinergy to get replacements and was surprised at how friendly and helpful they were. Upon recieving the spokes. I took the wheel to my LBS where they informed me that the wheel was broken. After a short talk with Spinergy, Things started to look better. They said that if I return the wheels to them with an additional $150.00 USD they would send me a brand new set of the 2005's. One week after sending in the old wheels, I recieved my new wheels. Xmas came early for me this year! In the end, Spinerg really stands behind thier products and are very friendly and helpful. I give them a giant A+. I understand from talking to several bike shops that they were once not easy to deal with, but that has obviously changed. WAY TO GO SPINERGY |

Babybunny--- Um, that's not much of a deal... is it? Considering they cost $1100.00 USD new, yes it is a great deal. And buying them off ebay, I got the first used set for much less than retail new. So now for only 150 more I have brand new ones. Substantial savings.RC2---You bought them off ebay and it turned out one of them was broken? I think I'd be directing my energy there. Who is selling broken wheels on ebay, we don't need that s#@t. The point to this thread was to praise the service and support recieved from Spinergy. Contacting the ebay seller is a seperate issue. |

Thanks for posting this. I have a set of the spinergy Rev-X's and they've developed cracks where the rivets are. I figured they were headed for the trash, but I think I may give them a call now myself. |
