International Youthtour Assen

Someone told me the International Youthtour in Assen (Netherlands) is the biggest Youth Cycling Event of the world. Does anyone have experience with this Tour for kids between 8 years and 18 years ??

They say that in the last four editions of this Youthtour the Junior ladies winner was also the World champion in the same year.
