Excellent news and opinion/review show driven towards.. well.. freds.. I think this is probably the best podcast out there for cycling. Sound quality and topics are right on the mark. IMO.

2) crankk cycling life and news

Almost daily podcast of selected news stories from the website. Revolves around cycling news and things like commuting, green/social issues and the like.
