Question Energy Candy

I've got a question that's been bugging me for quite some time now. Does anyone know how good are the Jelly Belly Sports Beans actually are? Do they really work? How well do they work? And how long do they keep you energized for? Please help me out if you can. Thanks.

they taste good, and are fun to eat on the bike. any performance gains are minimal in my experience. but again, they do taste good.

Yep, they do taste pretty good. Although I am not a big fan of eating them while out on a ride. I also don't notice a huge performance gain from them.
