Noosa Tri Training

I'm regularly doing the Cooroy Hastings St 40km tri loop as a training run - wouldn't mind having a couple of buddies to ride with (I live in Cooroy) - a fast run for me averages 34km/hr (yes - old and slow). Might do the 2007 Noosa tri as part of a team.
