Combine it with 'bici' or 'bicicletta' (bicycle in Italian) for a catchier name.

LOL, "brain bike". Yeah right! If you ask me, my first language being French, it's a play on words which is more suggestive of cerf-volant (a kite) combined with vélo (a bicycle). In other words, it's supposed to make you think of a bike so light that it flies.

This is beside the point that if you think winning anything in any road race or triathlon has anything to do with the actual bike the cyclist was riding, you have got to be sadly lacking in any cycling knowledge whatsoever, and you should probably be spending your time on cooking or needlework forums rather than a cycling forum.
