No guys... I get criticised that bmx stuff is just kids stuff that depreciates. So I had to post that there are collector item BMX stuff that really hold or increase in value! It's the classic bmx freestyle bikes of the 80's that are collector items - GT, Hutch, Redline, and Haro. Maybe Torker or General too? It's because kids who dreamed about having a nice bmx bike in the 80's are now grown up 40 year olds and they have the money to buy the bike they could never have when they were a kid! Like me! I had the mullah with my NASA job to burn maybe up to $2000 cash on my Badass Hutch Trickstar! And... HUTCH stuff is the baddest of the BAD stuff for vintage bmx freestyle. Hutch Trickstars are maybe the most valued bmx bikes on VintageBMX.com HUTCH is ULTRABAD stuff... Nuff said... Yeah, that crank is costing way more than a lotta expensive road bike stuff! Absolutely no wanking here! |
