2) old news
3) not really surprised by the refusal

Yo, Sly: there is a doping forum. Check the index page. That's where you go to fish for an argument on doping, engage in rumor mongering, and spread a bit of innuendo. It's completely inappropriate to do in this form.

No doping "discussions" over here.
