60-120 ( the latter if i am lucky)

Hey Steve,

I am 27 and ride about 100 miles a week. I got into cycling because of my uncle modivating me (plus watching Tour de France helped a little bit too

)

Here's the good part...

My uncle is in Poland. He is 55 years old, and has his own cycling team with 6 of his friends who are all his age. They haven't been riding all their lives, only started about 5 years ago when he turned 50. They have their own special bike truck and go all over Europe.

So to prove your workmates wrong, this is a perfect example.
