Default wheel true. near perfect, or good enough?

is it normal or okay at least to have just a little visible wobble so long as it's not hitting on the brake shoes and the brakes still work well?
i'm still learning to adjust the wheels...i can get them true enough where they have just a little wobble still, but i've yet to zero in on what looks perfect....i doubt i'll ever hit 'perfect'. but is close good enough?
