I am wanting to buy some rollers to train on, but I wanted some feedback on some of the negative aspects of using rollers. I am fairly new to biking and I am afraid that I will have problems with keeping my balance. Is there any way to keep the bike stabilized? I would like to learn with some sort of stabilization device and then adjust the support level so I can gradually work up to riding without support. Are there any such devices available? Would they be helpful?? Any comments would be great!! Thanks |

Set the rollers up in a doorway so use can the door jams as your safety net. Some companies also sell stabilization devices, but that is a bit of a waste of money since you will use them for awhile and then never need them again. |
