Default radical bike design question

I saw a picture of a bike with very unusually shaped tubes I guess a couple of months ago now. I remember the article said that it was this companies first entrance into the mid range market from the high range market. The tubes were very wavy, curvy. Anyone know the name of the bike? Sorry I know this is a shot in the dark. I believe the article was on velonews but I couldn't find it searching there.

Does De Rosa claim any sort of performance increase by the waviness and such, or is it just more bling factor?

Have you ever know any bike manufacturer not to claim their design increases performance? To your question I say "both".
