For 21 years I rode on Gazelle Champion Mondial (Reynolds 531 tubing).

In 2001 I bought the R600 from Cannondale.

That was a giant leap forwards.

More comfort, speed and stability. In one word : FABULOUS.

Sheez! A 700 now? It just gets better and better! Where the heck do you guys scratch the money out of? I know of a few people that would sacrifice their left ball (eyeball, that is) for a 700.

(yes I'm pathetic, I know )

Loving this whole road bike thing though!

Finally! here's my girl.
CAAD 4 with 105 through out. Few upgrades in the pipeline like lighter pedals, replace DRC rims with Mavic Open or even complete new wheel stes, replace Selle Success saddle (very hard) with personalised Flite Trans-Am.

I race on a VINER U2 compact 46cm seat tube/ 52cm top tube! it has campag record 10sp - carbon version throughout. deda newton bars and stem, time tit/mag pedals, flite tit saddle, campag nucleon wheels/ kysyrims - variety of 11-21 / 11-23 etc cassette's.

it is VERY light at its best 7.1kg - but i feel 'too light' on it for general races. My other race bike is a VINER EM2 Carbon compact with a mix of record and chorus- flite tit saddle, time mag pedals deda magic bars/stem wheels varies btw Mavic helliums and campag scirrocos, it weighs in at 8.0 kg varing on the wheels!

i am female 5.8 and race weight is around 52kg! So most the time i prefer my 2nd bike - and bring the U2 out on special days! ;D

I am riding Lances bike fo 2,5 years now, the TREK OCLV 5200. A superbe frame! It's strong, comfortable and it lives! From the very first yard it gave me the perfect feeling. I trust this bike on every track and i dare to lay it very flat in any curve.
At the moment my TREK is beeing upgraded by my dealer. The ROLFF VECTOR wheels will be replaced by MAVIC CSYRIUM SL, i take a brand new SHIMANO DURA ACE triple group and CHRIS KING bearings in the frontfork (?What is the english word for this part?). My favorite tires are the MICHELIN PRO RACE.

I have had lots of trubles whit the body of the ROLFF rearwheel. Are there more racers whit this problems?
