Does anyone know about these? Anyone use them have any advice for installing them on a road bike with shimano 105?

They suck. Sorry. Just installed them on my MTN ride. A pain in the @$$ to install. Thought maybe the performance would make it worthwhile. Nope. Don't get me wrong, they shift nice. But so do any newly installed cables. The only advantage I may see is that the inner cable housing runs the entire length of the cable...not just where the housing is. It is actually separate. You install the liner in the housing, then the cable in the liner. For all the hassle, if you wrench on your own bike, just put new cables (standard) on every year. On a side note, installing a avid rollamajig will do wonders for you. Ride on...

Are these the same as their teflon cables? If not, then disregard this post; if yes, then avoid them like the plague - it is in MTBR's hall of shame.
