Default Unusal but useful bicycle bell

Hi

Im trying to figure out the brand or the wholesale source of a bell I have seen floating around.

It attaches to the handle bar with a thick elastic so that it works with oversized handlebars (dropbars, timetrial, etc etc)

Ive only found one like this so far, carried by raleigh, but its a bit too finicky this is quite simple because of the rubber band.

In Aus its sold as "BBB" and has the most irritating ring.

My GF has one of her Felt F-100 650.
