Seeking name of bicycle pump

A couple of years back, I found a bicycle pump on a U.S. online stie that I wanted to buy when the time was right---which it is. Problem is that I've lost the link.

The pump was German and memory says that it had a handle that was pumped from the side, sort of like an old water well pump. It had a two-stage pumping process: the first 100lbs. in c.2 pumps, then a switch to a finer setting.

Does anybody know the name of this pump?
