Default Loud Freehub

I have an Ultegra cassette on Bontrager Race X-Lite wheels, and a LeMond Tete de Course. When I'm coasting, the clicking from the freehub is very loud - my riding partners can really tell when I'm loafing behind then. Mechanically, everything seems fine and lubricated. Is it the Ti frame? A friend with a Serrotta also has a loud freehub, but not as bad.

Anyone have any insight into this?

Some are just louder than others. Buy yourself a Chris King rear wheel and ride around with that for awhile. Your X-Lite will sound quiet by comparison.
