Default Carbon Soloist: seat stay cracked

I've had my carbon soloist for almost 4 months when the other day I found out that my seat stay cracked on the right side. I'm 5'6" @ 140 lbs., never crashed, dropped, or damaged by bike in any way. Has anyone else has had or heard of this problem?

Fortunately, the replacement is already on its way and I should be riding again in a little over a week.

That's good!

I think this kind of thing probably happens a lot with all mass manufactured goods. There will always be some that are duds. At least you'll have a happy ending.
Let us know how it rides!

That's why I would never buy a CF Cervelo from ebay - I need the warranty, especially with Cervelo's history with the R2.5. But I got my Aluminum Soloist from ebay - no problems.
