Default Mystery of the Unknown Bicycle

I came upon an old bicycle that is in fairly good condition and was thinking about fixing it up back into decent condition. I was just wondering if the frame and stock parts were worth salvaging, but I can't figure out for the life of me who manufactured the bicycle.

It's blue and has Mark II written all over it with 10 speed right by the seat. The logo in the front is kind of like a crest with a knight riding a horse on it. Also on the crest is a golden circle about 1/2" in diameter with all these diameter lines in it.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Sounds like iron horse, except the whole knight part.
