Default Hill rep's

i've started doing hill rep's on a 1 mile hill start's of flat then progressly get steep then the last 1000 yards kicks up to 20%,

i've been rideing the first one steady, second rep standing up, third rep slow at the bottom then fast at the top, fourth fast at the bottom slow at the top, am i going about this the right way,

would like any ideal's on how to improve, main goal is to ride 1 mile hill's fast
