I would have to say go for the Bianchi for the following reasons.

1) Reputable manufacturer with a fantastic racing heritage (they would know how to design and build a racing frame)
2) Short wheelbase for sharper handling
3) Carbon rear end (may be less harsh than full AL frames)
4) Good mix of Ultegra and 105
5) includes clipless pedals, others don't.
6) shimano wheelset is good quality.
7) Looks way better thant the other models.
