Don't anything about Bromptons, but I do own a Burley trailer for my daughter (works on my De Rosa Planet, full Campagnolo Chorus), and I ride it with the alternative hub-mounted hitch, so I see no reason that you could not consider a Burley Nomad. Check' em out. I am very impressed with the quality and design of their products (I also own a Burley Piccolo for my eldest daughter).
