Default Hydraulic shifting for 1500 Euro

... that will get you a full hydraulic shifting system... read it about here in the cyclingnews article today on Eurobike.

So, would any of you choose to changeover to hydraulic shifting, assuming that the price comes down once we are through with the super-rich early adopters?

If anybody can tell me what the point of this would be, I'd think about it. Alright, maybe for some mudhoppers' MTB, but at least for a road bike, I just don't see what hydraulic shifters could buy us.
