Default Compression wedge to fit 1inch steerer

Hi all,
I am in the hunt for a compression wedge that will fit my 1 inch steerer tube. I ordered one from a shop, but it turns out that it was too large for my steerer.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/FSA-Alloy-Com...QQcmdZViewItem

Does anyone have the above FSA Compression Wedge? If you do would you be able to let me know what the minimum diameter is? My steerer tube internal diameter is abt 19.6 mm

Could anyone suggest one that will fit?

Thanks

I'd rather not do any post purchasing mods. But if it came down to it, and I could not find any that fits, then I will try it. Thanks.
