Default Aero bar advice?

Hey fellas,

I'm looking to buy some aero-bars for ITT and TTT, what do you all suggest? I searched the forum, but could not find any good threads.

I'm looking currently at the Vision TT clip-on bars, but am open to advice/comments!

Thanks,

Trek

They're a little more pricey but I'm a big fan of the Syntace C2 Clip. It's very lightweight, and I find the elbow pad/bar positioning more ergonomically friendly. Many aerobars position the elbow pads in a fixed position and in such a way that your forearms are dead parallel when you grip the aerobars. This puts extra tension on your back muscles when you're in the aero position. The C2 Clip (and others) has adjustable pads. By moving them further apart a little your forearms will form more of a triangle shape (albeit a very narrow one) and your back will thank you - especially if it's a long TT!

Of course, you should try the feel of a couple designs if you can before you buy!
