Hi, I have been using my old bike on my trainer as to not cause damage to my new bike's frame or headset (I have read that resistance trainers are hard on this). Anyway, the Michelin Pro2 Race tire that I have had on the back wheel is showing signs of severe errosion of the rubber after only 6 or so uses of the trainer (there is a graphite-like material rubbing off the tire). I don't know how much longer this tire will last like this, so I was would like some recommendations on cheap tires or "trainer tires" would not be very expensive and would have a fairly good lifespan. I have noticed that Continental makes a tire called "Ultra Sport Hometrainer" specifically made for trainer use. Has anyone used this tire? Should I try this tire out, or just buy a cheap tire that I don't really care about what happens to it? Thanks for replies, dss
