Truing with tight spoke nipples

I have several sets of relatively new Easton wheels that are very difficult to true up because the nipples will not turn relative to the spoke until I put 1/2 turn or more into them. Are there any good suggestions for what to use to try to lubricate them without causing any corrosion problems? Will WD40 work work?

Get a pin oiler from a hobby shop and use any low viscosity mineral or synthetic oil.

Agree with that. + wipe off any excess!
If you have a sturdy truing stand and can "lock" in the wheel pretty tight; then you can side load the wheel at the point of the spoke "in adjustment" such that the spoke tension is temporarily lowered and the windup is much less an issue.
