Smile Darwin 2 Adelaide... trailer or not trailer?

Dear All,

We are crossing from Darwin to Adelaide (in between crossing the Kakadu NP) on wheels, we start on October 2007.

We planned to buy a bob trailer there and carry our water on it, now we doubt if a trailer is really necessary.
We thought it is possible to cary around 20 liters of water on our racks.
To those with the experience of crossing this part of Australia by bike please give us advice. Trailer or nor trailer?

Thaks a lot!

Lots of Joy.

Humblewheels

Federico
