Anyone have the Bell Slant helmet?

It retails for around $50 and it was named a best buy from Consumer Reports. However, I saw one bad review about it in mtbr.com. The Bell website site says it weighs 340g which is more than most helmets. I was wondering if anyone found it "heavy." Pease share any experiences you have with this helmet.
