I've got enough stuff to build another bike. My friend want to keep all his components and build another bike as well. He wants to sell me his frame which is a 2006 Trek 1500 for $300.00. I'm told that it's a good bike and I wont be disappointed with the frame. I think it has carbon forks too. What do you guys think. Would I have a nice bike for $300.00 ? |

Last year I got a new 2006 Trek 1200 and was told the only difference in the 1200 and the 1500 were the components, which upon examination was true. I love the 1200 and would consider upgrading components before I shelled out the big bucks for another new bike. The front forks are carbon too. |
