Default Nalini Sizing

I've been eyeing up some Nalini pro team clothing and am in a quandry about which size to choose.

I'm 6'3" and usually take an M for my t-shirts. I have an L Cannondale jersey. Also the same problem for bibs. My waist is quite small for someone of my height.

Anybody of a similar stature wear Nalini and got advice?

Not the same stature, but my wife loves Nalini clothing. She normally ewears a ladies small, in Nalini she wears a medium.

Nalini is euro-sized, go one up from the US sizing.
