Default Carbon fiber aluminum connection

I have a Trek Elite 9.8. At the right side of the bottom bracket a spacer connected to the socket that accepts the bottom bracket has come loose. When I tighten the bb there is no problem but a slight annoying noise when I pedal.
Is there a way to "glue" carbon fiber with aluminum? Or do I have to live with the noise?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not quite sure what you are proposing to do but you should NEVER glue a bottom bracket to the bike.
Trek bottom brackets consist of an aluminium sleeve joined to the surrounding carbon. There are threads in the aluminium where the bearings screw in. If the sleeve has come loose or is separating from the carbon then take the bike back to the dealer immediately. If the bearing cup has come loose then ensure it is tight.

You have said that you now have a noise when you pedal. Are you sure it is comming from the Bottom bracket? It could be something else (almost anything really). Bike noises echo around the frame.
