Does anyone use the Body Geometry Shoes from Specialized? Do these help correct knee alignments?

I use the body geometry shoes. I don't really think they help with knee allignment much, i mean they hold your feet in well and offer a good stiff sole but when pedalling (especially hard stokes) they won't make much odds. I don't know if its shoe related but when i brought my specialised shoes my knees started hurting a bit, and this is still a problem for me, this could be down to new pedals though.

Do you have problems with your knees then?

Yes, and I can't nail down why atm. Am considering having my bike sized on a jig, then fitting Le Wedges. The problem is that I have to travel Ireland to the UK to have this done, so am keen for other fixes first...
